Washington Terry's Civil war Co. B 97th reg. In inf picture.
Also his tall gravestone and next to it is his Civil War Chaplains
marker. The paper is From the Dept. of Interior Bureau of
Pensions dated May 11, 1897.

This is a picture of the Oolitic Baptist
Mission Church in Oolitic Indiana. taken 1901. Rev. George W. Terry
is standing in the center of the picture in front of the doors
wearing a dark suit. His wife Charlotte is standing directly
behind him wearing a hat.
Seated in front of Rev. Terry is his son Robert Catersine Terry and his wife Mattie. She is holding their son George Earl Terry who is 13 months old. Mattie's mother Mrs. Williams is seated to her right and Mattie's father John Williams is seated left of Robert C. Terry. ALL of them are in The CENTER of the photo. The Sanford cemetery is located on hwy 189 just
1.2 miles from hwy. 62.
The town is very quaint, clean and full of history.
